Part IV Just pictures

 We did many more things that I am not going to post.  Just a few special pictures of Grandkids.

Part III Bottle Rockets and Jump House

Melissa brought an activity that was bottle Rockets.  Using the 36 mm film cases and vinegar and baking soda.  The kids loved it.

 We rented a jump house one day.   Catherine was also the first to jump in it. Grandpa second and etc.

Part II White Water Raftilng

One day we went white water rafting on the Seiver River.  Rough enough for fun but not very dangerous.

  They also saw lots of interesting things.  Wild bee hive, otter and etc.  No one was lost either.

Part I Taylor Family Reunion.

We just got back home from a Taylor family reunion in Junction, Utah. This is where we stayed.  It is the old Piute County Court house.  It has been restored into a family Union site.  With 8 bedrooms and lots of space to just hang out in.  The bad thing is Junction is out in the middle of nowhere.

   Sadly we were missing Benny and family.  But here's the rest of us.  the Snow's, Taylor's and Gardners.  Taken just before, everyone except Grandma,went White water rafting in Marysville.

June trip to Mexico 2012

Our last trip to Mexico Poppy and Phoenix went with us.  This made things much more exciting.

Phoenix wanted to find a sting ray to step on its tail and then pet it, like Uncle Benny use to.  We didn't find one, so he start to make his own sting ray holes.  wish I had a video of it it was so funny.

 A shark pod that they played with one afternoon.

 We found lots of brittle star fish.  One 21 leg star fish.  Some things that I never got pictures of too.

There something about finding these things in the tide pools that is exciting.  We find many of them every time we go down and it is still exciting the next time.

Eclipse May 2012

No pictures sorry. 
 I just watched the eclipse. I thought it was exciting.   It doesn't matter how many eclipses I have witnessed they are still exciting.  We only saw a huge bit taken out of the sun.  When it got dark my little humming birds started to fill their tummy for the night.   Silly birds.

Mexico again

We were in Mexico last week and of course pictures of the sun rise was in order.  I love getting up in the morning and watching the sun come up.   The grunion were running which is always an extra treat.   

The latest little baby quilt that I made.  The twister is easy and looks very hard.  I love it.

 So as a beginner I could make it with no problem. As I was making it I thought it would look pink so I  bought pink backing.  But it turned out to be green and still got the pink backing. .
