LOW COUNTRY BOIL

CHEF : Scott Hathaway
Very simple recipe
Corn, sauage, potatoes shrimps and lemons.
As much as you think will be eaten.
Plus his secert spices. He used a turkey deep frier.
First he bought the water to a boil with just the spices and lemons.
Then he added the potatoes and sauages.
Boil for 10 minutes
Add the corn and boil about 10 minutes longer

The last 3 minutes add the shrimp

Remove and drain off all the boiling water.

And just dump everthing in the center of the table which is covered with newpapers.
no dishes, no silverware, no napkins, and hopfully clean hands.
You eat with your hands.
You can use your roll for a napkin.
Each person got a small bowl of seasoned butter.

Eat until you are full or nothing is left.
It was real good and fun.
I liked the potatoes and sauage best.
The best part is the clean up. Roll up every thing left in the newspaper, and trash it.
No dishes to wash.

How fun! I love the clean up part - all trash!
